Working for companies like PepsiCo and Huawei, Călin is currently Marketing, Capability Development and Sustainability Director for CristTim Grup, leading processed meat company in Romania, with a portfolio including ready meals, diaries, wine.

With more than 20 global and local leading brands managed in his career (beverages, food), with extended responsibilities over 13 countries and more than 75 million consumers, Călin also succeeded to build highly awarded teams across multiple geographies, with more than 14 Effie Awards in Romania (1 Grand Effie, 3 Gold Effie) and 3 in Greece.

Călin Clej graduated Economic Studies at Babes Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, specialized in Management. Also graduated PepsiCo Marketing University – Purchase, New York, in 2008 and 2012, and several business executive programs at Harvard and Columbia Universities.
